Rumour Mill: McCormack to leave Leeds?

Fulham bid for Leeds striker

Championship top scorer, Ross McCormack, has today been the subject of choice for all Leeds fans. Sky Sports understands that Fulham had made an offer for the well renowned striker, but have had it turned down by owner Massimo Cellino. However, Fulham are expected to increase their bid. McCormack has been the subject of controversy since the season ended. Understandably, the West Yorkshire side would love to retain the strikers services, however it’s been rumoured that clubs such as West Ham United and Queens Park Rangers are lurking for the Championship’s top scorer.


Derby and Brighton interested in Costa Rican defender

Costa Rican defender, Yeltsin Tejeda, is thought to be interesting Derby, Brighton and Fulham after the country’s 3-1 victory over Uruguay at the weekend. Tejeda has vast experience despite his age, which includes helping his country qualify for the 2014 FIFA World Cup in Brazil. Tejeda’s UK representative, Mike Williams, said, “We already have a good level of interest in Yeltsin, both here in the UK and also from Belgium and Spain,”. He went on to say “[…] I am confident he will enhance his growing reputation further during the World Cup.”


Donaldson to Birmingham?

West London Sport and Vital Football are reporting that Birmingham City are interested in out of contract striker Clayton Donaldson. The Blues want to sign Donaldson on a free transfer when he returns from holiday. Brentford won promotion to the Championship last season. Donaldson could be just want the Blues need if they are to secure promotion to English Football’s Second Division.

Crawley Town to swoop for defender Bradley? are reporting that Crawley Town are eyeing a move for Portsmouth centre half Sonny Bradley. Bradley’s agent has not been scared to speculate about interest from both Championship clubs as well as League One clubs. However, Bradley is still under contract at Fratton Park for another year, so luring him away could prove difficult.
