Fulham have signed Leeds United striker Matt Smith on permanent deal, according to the BBC’s Ian Dennis.

Smith, who will link up with his former teammate Ross McCormack, has signed on a three year contract in a deal worth to be around £500,000.
The striker joined Leeds United from Oldham in June 2013 and scored 12 goals in 42 appearances for the club.
