A remarkable comeback seen Cheltenham Town come from 2-0 down to win the game 3-2.

Early in the first half, Eliot Richards converted a neat finish into the bottom corner to give Tranmere the lead, which was followed by another goal from midfielder Marc Laird. Goals from Matt Richards and Koby Arthur started the comeback, moments later, Bristol City loanee Jordan Wynter completed the comeback which resulted in Cheltenham Town earning a well deserved victory and three points.

[Tranmere Rovers]

[Owain Fon-Williams] Although he conceded three goals, he did infact make some                                                           terrific saves in the first half to keep Tranmere in the lead. 6.5

[Jake Kirby] Looked scared to go forward and to attack, didn’t contribute much to the                                          game at all. 4.5
[Eliot Richards] Tranmere’s best chances came through him, he was the key to most of                                            the goalscoring challenges and he took his goal brilliantly. 8.5

[James Rowe] Played well at times but he often made the wrong decisions towards the                                           final third. 5.0

[Trevor Carson] Apart fro  the two goals, there was not too much that bothered the keeper, but                               overall he played fairly well. 6.5

[Joe Hanks] Came on in the 94th minute, so did not have any time at all to make any sort of                              impact on the game. 0.0

Man of the Match

Eliot Richards Throughout the game he was by far the most dangerous player on the pitch. He was the key to most of Tranmere’s attacks and chances so when he was surprisingly substituted off, Tranmere provided no threat whatsoever. 8.5
