Marcus Haber:
Despite suffering a 5-2 defeat to Rochdale, Marcus Haber was certainly Crewe’s best player. They currently sit in the relegation zone and have not picked up a single point. It is important for players to take their chances and the former Stevenage player did just that, scoring two goals. The 25-year-old played the full 90 minutes, something he has struggled to manage at previous club.
Speaking to the Club’s website, Crewe manager Steve Davis also recognised Haber’s contribution: “Marcus’ involvement in the game was good. He played the full 90, took his goals well and he was one of the few plus points tonight.”
