Ipswich Town: Two out, possibly one in

Ipswich Town manager Mick McCarthy has revealed today that two players are set to leave the club whilst another might be coming through the door.

Strikers Jack Marriott and Frank Nouble are to go in this window, with Marriott set to join Carlisle on loan whilst Nouble is available either for a loan or a permanent transfer. Nouble has saw himself fall down the pecking order at the Tractor Boys and a number of League One clubs are interested in the 22-year-old, including Peterborough United.

McCarthy also revealed to the club’s website that Jack Collinson is training with the club after his release from West Ham United. He said: “He lives half-an-hour away and wants to get himself ready so I said come down and train with us, There’s no agenda. Something might come of it, something might not.”
