It has been confirmed by the EFL that Marcelo Bielsa, Slaven Bilic, Scott Parker and Tony Mowbray will all go head to head to try and bring home the Sky Bet Championship Manager of the Month award for November after they all enjoyed strong runs of form over the course of last month.

Leeds United, West Brom, Fulham and Blackburn Rovers’ strong form over the course of November has stood them in good stead heading into the December and the hectic Christmas schedule and will be hoping the can carry the momentum of last month into this month and the New Year. And, for their strong form, the EFL has moved to give Bielsa, Bilic, Parker and Mowbray recognition for their good work.

Marcelo Bielsa – Leeds United

El Loco guided Leeds United to a perfect November, winning five matches from a possible five. Along the way, they faced some tough tasks but came out on top in all of their games, defeating Queens Park Rangers, Blackburn Rovers, Luton Town and Reading, closing out the month with a comfortable 4-0 win over Middlesbrough as they continue to push for a return to the Premier League.

Slaven Bilic – West Brom

Bielsa was not the only boss to manage his team to a perfect month, with Slaven Bilic’s West Brom winning four out of four in November. They kept clean sheets in wins over Stoke City and Hull City before seeing off fellow promotion candidates Sheffield Wednesday and Bristol City – the latter of which they dispatched 4-1 at The Hawthorns.

Scott Parker – Fulham

After losing their first match of November 3-0 to Hull City, Fulham responded in the best way possible. Scott Parker’s side won their next four matches in a row against Birmingham City, Queens Park Rangers, Derby County and Swansea City, seeing them rise to 3rd place in the Championship table before heading into December.

Tony Mowbray – Blackburn Rovers

Heading into November, Tony Mowbray needed to see a response from his side who failed to win a game in October, and he got just that. Rovers were only defeated by table-toppers Leeds United 2-1 at Elland Road, winning their other four matches against Sheffield Wednesday, Barnsley, Brentford and Stoke City.
