Leeds United and West Brom join Newcastle United and Bournemouth in the race for Hull City starlet

Leeds United and West Bromwich Albion have joined Newcastle United and Bournemouth in the race to sign Hull City starlet Jarrod Bowen according to 90min.com.

There is a long list of potential suitors for Bowen with the winger having enjoyed an impressive start to the campaign with the Tigers.

Bowen has scored 15 goals and registered four assists in 20 Championship games and his reputation appears to be getting better with each match.

As of yet, the winger is yet to sign a new contract with the club and this could alert a whole host of top flight clubs to his availability. Bowen’s current contract expires in the summer, although the Tigers do have the option to automatically extend that by a further year, so there is no immediate danger of him leaving on a free transfer.

Newcastle are looking to make reinforcements following their difficulty in scoring goals for the majority of the season whilst Bournemouth are keen to acquire a replacement for Ryan Fraser who is set to leave on a free transfer in the summer.

Championship giants Leeds and West Brom are also in the hunt for additions to their squad as they both look to continue their impressive form with them both currently occupying the two automatic promotion places in the second tier of English football.

Last season Bowen netted 22 goals and provided four assists for Hull and he is well on course to do even better this time around and if this form continues it will become increasingly difficult for Grant McCann’s side to retain the 22-year-old.

Not only are his statistics impressive but despite him being primarily a right-winger, he has also featured in a more central role at times this season further emphasising his versatility within the team making him even more attractive to top flight clubs.
