Marcelo Bielsa, an enigma, a world renowned coach, a man that places his integrity and the integrity of his players above all else, a man that valued hard work and guile as much as he values beautiful, mouth-watering football and inventiveness and a man who chose to manage a club in England’s second tier because they reminded him of his one true love, Newell’s Old Boys.
Since arriving in England in 2017, Marcelo Bielsa has been as the forefront of everything in Leeds United’s transition from being a mid-table team into a real force to be reckoned with in the Championship. He has been at the forefront of many other less endearing episodes though, not least the whole ‘Spygate’ saga.
But one thing that is not up for debate is his pedigree within world football and his hugely positive influence on those that are lucky enough to work with or be coached by him, with world class coaches such as Pep Guardiola, Mauricio Pochettino and Diego Simeone citing his as their biggest influence… Pep actually calling Bielsa out as the best coach in the world.
With his famous blue bucket, his awkward but measured and insightful press-conferences and his willingness to engage with any and all fans who have the pleasure of meeting him, Bielsa has endeared himself to all in West Yorkshire as a legend in waiting, but would the Argentinian be tempted to leave Leeds United should the right offer from the right club came in?
In recent days, many Arsenal fans have been pondering life after Unai Emery, who after a decent start as Gunners boss has recently seen his side lose form in a big way, a loss in form that has seen him lose the faith of the majority of fans, so to hear the like of Pochettino, Mikael Arteta or Max Allegri all linked with the job is no surprise.
However, when a certain 64-year-old, Rosario born Argentinian man was suggested by some Arsenal fans on Twitter, they brought about both excited murmurings from Gunners fans and defensive ‘hands-off’ warnings from Whites supporters.
Unfortunately for you Bielsa won’t leave Leeds, he’s a man of great integrity. The only way he would leave us is if the Leeds Board annoyed him and that’s highly unlikely to happen.

Why would Bielsa leave Leeds Utd, when we are about to be taken over by QSI? Who can compete financially with any team including Man City. Bielsa is a man of his word.

Also, wish we could have Bielsa

Worries from Leeds United supporters will be minimal as Marcelo Bielsa is a man of integrity, a man of his word and has entered into an agreement with The Elland Road outfit, an agreement that has an end goal of promotion… he wouldn’t leave with them so close to that goal… would he?
