Hull City boss Grant McCann is expected to hand out some debuts to new signings as his side travel to Tranmere Rovers tonight in the League Cup. Here is a predicted starting XI for the Tigers-

GK- Matt Ingram- The summer signing from QPR is expected to start between the sticks ahead of George Long.

RB- Rob McKenzie- He made 21 appearances in all competitions last season for his hometown club.

CB- Ryan Tafazolli- The 27-year-old, who made the move to the KCOM Stadium on a free transfer having previously been at Peterborough United, is in line to play tonight.

CB- Matt Pennington- McCann will give the Everton loanee his debut for the Tigers.

LB- Callum Elder- The Australian left-back is another player likely to be given his debut after joining on a permanent deal from Leicester City.

RW- Josh Bowler- The Everton loanee could slot in for Jarrod Bowen on the right wing.

CM- Leonardo Da Silva Lopes- The 20-year-old is being tipped for big things by his new manager and will be eager to show what he can do.

CM- George Honeyman- He came off the bench on Saturday against Reading and will be handed some more minutes.
