A mainstay of the Netherlands team of the early 2000s, van Bronckhorst enjoyed spells with Arsenal and Barcelona during a decorated career before transitioning into management in 2015.
The Dutchman has held just one managerial position but impressed during his four-year stint as manager of Dutch giants Feyenoord winning 107 of his 176 games in charge before leaving his role at the end of last season after falling behind Ajax and PSV in the league.
