Having been a star performer for Preston North End over the course of last season, the club will be determined to keep hold of the former Aston Villa forward as they prepare for the 2019/20 Championship season.
The 24-year-old scored 13 goals and provided four assists in 28 games across all competitions for Alex Neil’s side over the course of the 2018/19 campaign, despite missing out on a big chunk of the season through a hamstring injury.
The Preston number seven enjoyed three successful loan spells at Deepdale before making a permanent move to the Championship club in the summer of 2016, joining from Aston Villa, where he had been in the youth academy as a youngster.
In total, Robinson has played 160 times for Preston North End, scoring 41 goals and provided 21 assists along the way. And, PNE fans will be hoping that the club can hold onto him this summer, with Premier League interest growing.
Preston will be hoping that they can tie him down to a new deal with the club as Premier League interest grows, with his contract currently set to expire at the end of next season.
