Everton and Southampton are weighing up moves for Hull City winger Jarrod Bowen.
The Tigers will face a battle to hold onto the 22-year-old this summer, as per a report by Hull Live.
Bowen scored 22 goals from right wing in the Championship last season, building on the 15 he bagged in the 2017/18 campaign.
He started his career at Hereford and broke into their first-team as a youngster before he was snapped up by Hull in July 2014. He made nine appearances for the Yorkshire side during the 2016/17 season, seven of which came in the Premier League.
Hull’s relegation to the second tier in 2017 has enabled him to nail down a regular starting spot and become a key player.
Everton are believed to keen on the winger. Their boss Marco Silva knows all about Bowen from his time as manager of Hull two years ago. The Toffees are eager to bolster their squad this summer and could hand him a route back into the top flight.
The Merseyside club will have to face competition from fellow Premier League side Southampton for his signature though. The Saints like to go for young English talents and Bowen fits the bill for them.
For someone who has scored combined 37 goals from the wing over the past two seasons, you can argue that Bowen is underrated compared to players like Daniel James, who scored significantly less goals than him in the Championship but gets a move to Manchester United.
