Sheffield United travel to Leeds United tomorrow in what has all the ingredients for a Championship cracker.
The Yorkshire rivals will lock horns at midday with both teams looking for all three points to boost their respective promotion pushes to the Premier League.
Leeds go into the game 2nd in the league, two points behind Norwich City at the top and two points above the Blades in 3rd.
Sheffield United boss Chris Wilder is under no illusion that it will be a tough game for his side tomorrow but is in confident mood following the run of form his players are on.
He has said prior to the game tomorrow, as per the Blades’ official club website: “Arguably Leeds have been the best team in the division for eight months, whether or not that can continue for another month is obviously to be seen”
“But when people talk about the powerful clubs in the division, the likes of West Brom, Stoke, Derby and a host of others, you look at the top of the division and those two at the top have been the best right the way the current campaign.”
Wilder was full of praise for the Whites’ boss Marcelo Bielsa: “Marcelo has worked at the highest level, his CV isn’t too shabby. He’s worked at national level and at some of the most powerful clubs in Europe and abroad. Historically it’s been a huge club with massive tradition and financially he’s been backed to turn them round.”
