The race for French striker Andy Delort is heating up, as Charlton Athletic and Brentford chase his signature.
According to Sky Sports News the 22-year-old, who netted 24 goals in 36 appearances last season, for Tours FC, is keen on a move away from the Ligue Two side. Reports across the net rumour his representatives have already met with a host of clubs including Leeds United and Leicester City.
But it is now Charlton Athletics and Brentford who are looking to seal a deal for the prolific goalscorer but also face competition from Stade Rennais F.C who are thought to already have tabled a bid.
Brentford and Charlton face each other in their opening fixture of the Championship season on Saturday.
