Bristol City in discussions over triple swoop for Chelsea loan trio

According to a report from Goal, Bristol City are in talks over a triple deal for Chelsea loan trio Tomas Kalas, Kasey Palmer and Jay Dasilva.

Goal has reported that Championship side Bristol City are in discussions over possible deals for Tomas Kalas, Kasey Palmer and Jay Dasilva, who are all in on loan from Premier League side Chelsea.

The Chelsea trio have impressed during their time at Ashton Gate, and they are looking at tieing up a triple deal for Kalas, Palmer and Dasilva. Kalas and Dasilva have been with the club the entire season, while Palmer joined up with the squad in the January transfer window.

It was reported earlier this week that the Robins were closing in on a permanent deal for Palmer, believed to be around £4 million. Now, he could be joined by Dasilva and Kalas, providing that talks progress well.

Centre-back Kalas has been a mainstay in Lee Johnson’s side so far this season, playing in every minute of every game in Bristol City’s 13 game unbeaten run in the Championship. He has featured 27 times in all competitions so far and is set to continue to play an important role in the run into the end of the season.

Kasey Palmer spent the first half of the season on loan with Blackburn Rovers, playing 17 times, netting three goals along the way. Since joined City on loan in January, Palmer has played seven times and scored on his debut in a 2-1 win over Bolton Wanderers.

Dasilva has played 20 times so far this campaign in his first season of Championship football, competing with starlet Lloyd Kelly for the starting place at left-back. At just 20-years-old, he has been capped by England at every youth ranking from Under-16s to Under-21s.
