Hull City take on Rotherham United at the KCOM Stadium tonight and will be looking to bounce back from their defeat to Derby County on Saturday.
Here is a predicted starting XI for the Tigers-
GK- David Marshall- The experienced shot stopper will keep his place in net once again.
RB- Todd Kane- The Chelsea loanee is enjoying a consistent run in the Tigers’ starting XI.
CB- Eric Lichaj- Jordy de Wijs and Reece Burke are close to returning from injury but tonight’s game may be too soon.
CB- Liam Ridgewell- The new signing could make his first start. He is more experienced than Rob McKenzie to deal with Rotherham’s aerial and set-piece threat.
LB- Stephen Kingsley- He has made the left-back spot his own this season.
RM- Jarrod Bowen- The exciting 22-year-old winger will be hoping he can score his 16th goal of the campaign against the Millers.
CM- Markus Henriksen- Hull fans will be praying that he signs a new contract between now and the end of the season.
CM- Kevin Stewart- Despite the Tigers’ loss to Derby on Saturday, Stewart impressed in the middle of the park again.
LM- Kamil Grosicki- He missed a golden chance against the Rams and will be looking to bounce back tonight.
CAM- Evandro- Nigel Adkins could go for Jackson Irvine but I think he’ll go for Evandro. The Brazilian has the key to unlock Rotherham’s stern defence.
ST- Fraizer Campbell- This is another tough one to call. Chris Martin would offer more of a physical presence up there but Campbell is more prolific.
