Sheffield United loan star catching the eyes of Champions League trio

According to ESPN, Sheffield United loan star Dean Henderson is catching the eyes of European giants Bayern Munich and Juventus, as well as Premier League side Tottenham Hotspur.

Championship League trio Bayern Munich, Juventus and Tottenham Hotspur are all keeping tabs on Sheffield United’s loaned in goalkeeper Dean Henderson, ESPN are reporting.

Manchester United loanee Dean Henderson has been in impressive form the Sheffield United so far this season, playing a big part in the Blades’ Championship automatic promotion push so far this season. His performances have caught the eyes of a host of European sides.

After progressing through the academy ranks with United, Henderson made his first loan move away to Stockport County in 2016. The England youth international spent a short time with Stockport before joining League Two side Grimsby Town on loan for the 2016/17 season.

After starting as second fiddle to James McKeown, Henderson had made his way into the starting 11 by the time he left Blundell Park.

The following season, he joined Shrewsbury Town on loan, where he was a crucial part of Paul Hurst’s side as they mounted an unlikely promotion push. Henderson impressed in his 48 appearances for the club as the Shrews were ultimately defeated in the League One play-offs.

Now, he looks set to be part of another promotion push. The goalkeeper has continued to show his potential at Bramall Lane, playing 30 games for the Blades this season under Chris Wilder.

The ‘keeper has proved his worth during his loan spells in the football league, playing an important role in two promotion-chasing campaigns while still only 21-years-old.
