QPR midfielder loaned to St Johnstone until the end of the season

Queens Park Rangers midfielder Sean Goss has joined Ladbrokes Premiership club St Johnstone on a loan deal for the remainder of the season according to the Perth club’s official website.

The 23-year-old Germany-born midfielder has made just one appearance for The R’s this season which came in the EFL Cup back in September.

It has now been reported that Goss has joined Ladbrokes Premiership club St Johnstone on loan for the rest of the season. The move will see the youngster play in the top flight of the Scottish game for the second time in his career after Goss spent the second half of last season with Rangers.

After coming through the Exeter City academy, Goss moved to Manchester United for an initial transfer fee of £100,000 following a successful trial with The Red Devils. The midfielder made the bench for a first team fixture but never made his senior debut for the club.

In January 2017, Goss joined current club Queens Park Rangers on a three-and-a-half-year deal. The player made six appearances for The R’s in his first season at Loftus Road but has struggled to impress during the 18 months which have followed.

The midfielder made 15 appearances during a successful loan spell at Rangers last season in which he scored two goals and the player will be hoping to make a similar impact with latest club St Johnstone.
