Hull City travel to Leeds United in good spirits tomorrow after beating Preston North End on Boxing day.
It’s expected to be complete a sell-out at Elland Road with Hull fans having apparently sold out their away allocation. Here is a preview for the game-
Leeds United-
The Whites are on a roll at the moment under Marcelo Bielsa and are deservedly top of the league. They have won their past seven games and will be looking to make that eight tomorrow over Hull.
Team news- Patrick Bamford is ruled out for the hosts whereas Tyler Roberts could make his return his return to the squad.
Predicted starting XI- Peacock-Farrell, Ayling, Phillips, Jansson, Douglas, Alioski, Forshaw, Klich, Hernandez, Harrison, Roofe.
Hull City-
The visitors are also in good form. They are unbeaten in six games and have lost just once in ten matches. Nigel Adkins has turned their fortunes around after a poor start to the season.
Team news- Jackson Irvine has gone to the Asia Cup with Australia. Jon Toral, Ondrej Mazuch, Angus MacDonald and James Weir are all still out injured.
Predicted starting XI- Marshall, Lichaj, Elphick, de Wijs, Kingsley, Bowen, Stewart, Henriksen, Grosicki, Evandro, Campbell.
Score prediction- Hull are no pushovers and their front three of Bowen, Grosicki and Campbell could cause some real problems for Leeds backline. The Tigers are dangerous on the counter-attack and will score. However, Bielsa’s side are on fire at the moment and they should just edge this one. 2-1.
