League One sides Bradford City, Plymouth Argyle and Luton Town are battling it out for Notts County right-back Matt Tootle, but who will win the race?

According to Nottingham Live, Notts County have received no contact from Plymouth Argyle for right-back Matt Tootle.

Bradford City and Luton Town are hot on the radar for Matt Tootle, with Bradford City struggling defensively this season.

But, Plymouth Argyle have struggled with the defence in League One this season and have conceded the joint second most goals, so Matt Tootle could be priority for Derek Adams.

Derek Adams did bring right-backs Tafari Moore and Joe Riley to Plymouth Argyle in the summer but non of them have impressed with their performances so far this season.

It will be an expensive move for the clubs as Matt Tootle only signed a new two-year deal in the summer following an excellent season at Meadow Lane, he played a major role in helping the club to the play-offs.

Although it’s worrying for Plymouth Argyle, Bradford City and Luton Town that Matt Tootle has only made 12 appearances this season having suffered a couple of injuries and has recently been recovering from an ankle injury.

So far, there is no indication that of Plymouth Argyle, Bradford City and Luton Town are leading the chase for Matt Tootle, but it does look likely that he will be departing Notts County.
