Nigel Adkins has Hull City transfer wishlist- Two potential signings….

Hull City boss Nigel Adkins has drawn up a transfer wish list for January, according to Hull Live.

The Tigers are still hopeful of signing some players despite uncertainty over the club’s ownership and takeover rumours.

Adkins has said, “We’ve got a list of players who are potentials should different scenarios arise. Whether you can or not, we’ll have to wait and see”.

He also added, “I’ve sat down with Lee Darnbrough, Andy Crosby, Tony (Pennock), Barry (Richardson). From a recruitment point of view we’ve sat down and outlined what we want to achieve and what we want to go and do,”.

It was reported that the Allams were hoping to sell the club by Christmas so new owners are still on the horizon for Hull, but takeover talks have gone very quiet over recent weeks.

Here are two players who could potentially be on the Tigers’ transfer wish list for January-

Ryan Yates, Nottingham Forest- Hull have been linked with him over recent months and he one who they could bring in on loan. The 21-year-old has found chances hard to come by this season at Forest but has enjoyed loan spells at Barrow, Shrewsbury Town, Notts County and Scunthorpe United so far in his career.

Ashley Fletcher, Middlesbrough- He saw a late loan move to the KCOM Stadium fall through on deadline day in August but could emerge on Adkins’ radar again now. It is likely that Boro will ship him out on loan again for more game time.
