Tottenham Hotspur keeping tabs on Championship duo

Tottenham Hotspur are keeping tabs on Championship duo Jack Grealish and Bradley Dack, according to the Daily Express.

The long-term future of one of their current central attacking midfielders, Christian Eriksen, has been put into doubt amid interest from Real Madrid and PSG.

Spurs are therefore looking for potential candidates to replace the Denmark international should he make the move away.

Aston Villa midfielder Jack Grealish was a target for the London side all summer but they ultimately were unprepared to fork out the money to land him.

Mauricio Pochettino and Daniel Levy may see him as the replacement for Eriksen for the future. Eriksen’s contract expires at the end of next season.

It will be interesting to see if Tottenham do rekindle their interest in Grealish in the January transfer window. However, after signing a new contract in September, it appears he future lies with Villa for the time being.

Blackburn Rovers’ Bradley Dack is another Championship player reportedly on Spurs’ radar. The 24-year-old has been on fire for Tony Mowbray’s side since his move there from Gillingham in the summer of 2017.

He bagged 18 goals in all competitions last season and was key player in Rovers’ promotion from League One. Dack has since chipped in with ten 10 in 15 in this campaign and looks destined to play in the Premier League one day.
