“Error prone”- Hull City fans comment on Sheffield Wednesday target Michael Hector

Sheffield Wednesday are targeting a loan move for Chelsea defender Michael Hector, as per a report by the Sheffield Star.

The Owls are hoping to get a couple of loan deals over the line before the loan window shuts at the end of the month.

Hector spent last season on loan at Championship side Hull City and played 38 games for them in all competitions.

The 26-year-old is not in Chelsea’s first-team plans and is likely to be loaned out to another Yorkshire side in Sheffield Wednesday for this season. Hector signed for Chelsea in September 2015 from Reading but has never made an appearance for the Premier League side.

Instead, Hector has spent time on loan back at Reading, in Germany with Eintracht Frankfurt and with Hull. Prior to his move to Stamford Bridge, he had played 65 games all together for the Royals. The Jamaica international also enjoyed loan spells at Bracknell Town, Didcot Town, Havant and Waterloovile, Oxford City, Horsham, Dundalk, Barnet, Shrewsbury Town, Aldershot Town, Cheltenham Town and Aberdeen.

He is now set for another chapter in his career with Sheffield Wednesday. Here are the opinions of Hull City fans who watched him on loan at the KCOM Stadium last season-
