Jamie Paterson, Nottingham Forest:
Paterson proved to be a very impressive find for Forest over the past year. He was signed for Walsall for a relatively hefty fee of £1m. The fee was deemed hefty as he hadn’t really shone for Walsall in his short career but it proved to be an inspired move. Paterson showed all his qualities over the past season, providing pace and power down the wing and also chipping in with 8 goals from the right. He provides a threat in terms of both pace and crossing for the Forest frontmen. With a little bit of training and development he could well become a Premier League player of the future.
