Watford make bid for Leicester’s Andy King

Watford have made a bid of £1.2 million for Leicester City midfielder Andy King.

The Welsh international has made over 200 appearances for the Foxes but has found himself resigned to substitute appearances in their promotion campaign last season. The 25-year-old has been at the club since 2004 but has struggled to unseat either Matty James or Danny Drinkwater and could be looking for a new start.

According to the Daily Mail, It is not yet known whether King is available but Watford are wanting to bolster their midfield and feel that King would be an excellent addition should they convince him that he’ll have a regular starting birth.
