Jack Robinson is expected to leave QPR when his contract expires at the end of the month, according to Football.London. Here are five players who they could sign to replace him-

Jason Shackell- The experienced defender is a free agent after he left Derby County at the end of the season. The 34-year-old has racked up 484 career appearances after spells at Norwich City, Wolves, Barnsley, Burnley and Derby. The new QPR manager, Steve McClaren, knows Shackell from his time at the Rams.

Cameron Carter-Vickers, Tottenham Hotspur- He could be allowed to leave Spurs again on loan this summer for more first-team experience. The American international spent time last season on loan in the Championship at Sheffield United and Ipswich Town and is an option for QPR.

Liam Lindsey, Barnsley- The 22-year-old had an impressive season for Barnsley in the Championship last season despite the Tykes getting relegated to League One. Lindsay could leave them this summer and he would be ideal for QPR. The Scottish centre-back moved to Oakwell last summer from Partick Thistle.

Jack Baldwin, Peterborough United- He is highly-rated by Peterborough and would be a good signing by QPR to fill the gap left by Robinson’s potential departure. Baldwin has played for the Posh since 2014 and has proven himself in League One so could be ready for the step up.

Matt Clarke, Portsmouth- The 21-year-old, like Robinson, can play as a centre-back or a left-back. He is being tipped for a big future and would be a good long-term option for QPR. The former Ipswich Town defender has played over 100 games in his career already so far.
