Swansea City are in the hunt for a new manager following their relegation to the Championship. Here is an updated five candidates for the job-

Chris Coleman- He is available after being sacked by Sunderland after they were relegated to League One. He is highly regarded by Swansea after taking Wales to the Semi-Final of Euro 2016 and could be handed a route back into management by the Swans in the Championship next season.

Graham Potter- The 42-year-old has done an impressive job with Swedish side Östersunds. He has been in charge of them for 7 years and has taken them to first tier of Sweden as well as guiding them to the Europa League. He could get a chance in the Football League over the coming seasons.

Lee Johnson- He is another option for the Swans and is currently manager of Championship side Bristol City. His Robins side missed out on the Play-Offs this season but at the age of 37, Johnson is still regarded as one for the future so would be a good long-term option for the Swans.

Leon Britton- It has recently been announced that he will leave Swansea at the expiry of his contract but he is in the running for the managerial position. The 35-year-old has spent 14 years of his playing career at the Liberty Stadium and is a real fans’ favourite.

Chris Wilder- His long-term future at Sheffield United is in doubt and he is an outsider for the Swansea job. He has also been linked with Sunderland. The former Oxford United boss has done an impressive job with the Blades.
