Grealish, Wolves given long odds to sign Aston Villa winger

Wolves given long odds to sign Aston Villa winger

Wolves are not being favoured by Sky Bet to sign Aston Villa’s Jack Grealish after being given the long odds of 20/1.

The Black Country club were crowned as the champions of the Sky Bet Championship last month and are now looking to sign players to make sure that they stay in the Premier League following their promotion. Just by taking a look at this website you can see that a lot of players have been linked to Wolves and that they could be set to sign a lot of players this summer if even half of them come to fruition.

But the bookies believe that one signing that probably won’t happen is one involving Grealish. The winger is one of the most talented players in the Championship after coming through the academy at Aston Villa. However with Villa involved in the play-offs this season, his future is in doubt. If the Villains do get promoted, it’s likely that he will stay in the West Midlands. But if they don’t, a player of his quality may start demanding that he should be back in the Premier League for next season.

But even so, Wolves may not be his destination according to his bookies. They have been given odds of 20/1, way behind the other two teams in the race. The current favourite is Leicester City who have been priced at 11/4 while Newcastle United have been given odds of 13/2. But things could soon change should Wolves decide to properly go in for Grealish.
