Wolves to rekindle interest in Brazilian midfielder in the summer

Wolves will rekindle their interest in Brazilian midfielder Anderson Talisca in the summer, according to Turkish Football.

The 24-year-old has been on loan at Besiktas for the past two seasons but is under contract at Benfica. Wolves have reportedly contacted his agent over a potential summer move to Molinuex.

Wolves have been promoted to the Premier League and will be looking at signings for the summer already in preparation for the top flight next season.

Anderson Talisca has been linked with Wolves in the past. He started his career in his native country Brazil with Bahia. After impressing with them as a youngster, he earned a €4.75 million move to Portuguese giants Benfica in July 2014.

He scored 11 goals in his first season for Benfica and then 9 in the next campaign. He then signed for Besiktas on  a two-year loan in August 2016. He has since featured for them in the Champions League and has scored 35 goals for them in 73 games.

Besiktas do apparently have an option to buy Talisca but Wolves will have the financial capabilities to lure him to England. It is expected to be a big summer at Wolves with them likely to make a couple of big-money signings. It is exciting times to be a Wolves fan at the moment, especially with them set to win the Championship title over the next week or so.
