Preston North End have had an impressive season under Alex Neil and have made some shrewd signings. Here are five more players they should sign in the summer-

Ryan Ledson, Oxford United- The highly-rated midfielder, formerly of Everton, has a big future ahead of him and should be snapped up by Preston. The 20-year-old has been linked with the Championship side in the past and would slot in nicely into their team.

Murray Wallace, Scunthorpe United- He has had a solid season in League One for Scunthorpe United and would be a decent signing for a Championship team. The Scottish centre-back is still only 25.

Charlie Wyke, Bradford City- Preston sold Jordan Hugill in January and Wyke is a similar player to him. He is a big target man who has a good goal scoring record in the Football League and would be a worth trying to bring to Deepdale.

Alex Tettey, Norwich City- The Norwegian midfielder is out of contract at Norwich in the summer and would be available on a free transfer. He knows Preston boss Alex Neil from their time at Carrow Road together, could they reunite at Deepdale? John McGinn, Hibernian- The Scottish midfielder has impressed playing for Hibernian this season and would be a great signing for Preston. There is no doubt that he would be able to adapt to life in the Championship.
