Five players Norwich City could lose for free in the summer

Norwich City will be hoping for an improved campaign next season under Daniel Farke. Here are five players they could lose for free in the summer-

Alexander Tettey- The 31-year-old midfielder has been at Norwich City since 2012 but his contract at Carrow Road expires at the end of the season. The Norway international has played over 100 games for the Canaries since he signed for them from Rennes.

Wesley Hoolahan- He has been a great servant to Norwich and their fans will be hoping he will sign a new deal beyond this summer. He is 35 but has shown that he still has it. He joined Norwich in 2008 and has since played over 300 games for the East Anglian side, having previously played for Shelbourne, Livingston and Blackpool.

Miche Efefe- The 21-year-old centre-back spent time on loan for Icelandic side Breidablik last season and is currently on loan at National League outfit Torquay United. His contract at Norwich expires in the summer and it is yet to be known whether he will be offered a new one.

Paul Jones- He was signed on a free transfer last summer as back-up. However, the 31-year-old’s long-term future with the Canaries is in doubt with his contract expiring in June. He has spent this season on loan at Exeter City.

Aston Oxborough- The highly-rated 19-year-old goalkeeper’s current deal is up at the end of the season. However, Norwich do have an option to extend his contract by a further year.
