Grant McCann – McCann is a very young manager but proved his worth in charge of Peterborough United. In his first season in management last year, McCann led Posh to 11th place in League One, 11 points off the play-offs. He left the Posh 10th in 2017-18, six points adrift of the top six. McCann also made some wonderful signings for Peterborough with the likes of Jack Marriott, Jonathan Bond and experienced Steven Taylor. McCann could be ideal for Northampton Town.
