Bolton Wanderers expect sizeable Good Friday following at Leeds United

Bolton Wanderers are expecting to sell their full initial ticket allocation for their Good Friday fixture at Leeds United in the Sky Bet Championship as fans look to take advantage of a special ticket deal according to The Bolton News.

Wanderers are six points clear of the relegation zone with nine fixtures remaining and face a crucial few weeks as they look to avoid an unwanted return to Sky Bet League One.

Good Friday sees Phil Parkinson’s side make the trip to Elland Road to face a Leeds United side which have slipped back into mid-table after a flying start to the season. It has been reported that Wanderers expect to be backed by a travelling army of at least 1,000 for that match with supporters set to take advantage of Leeds United’s ‘bring a friend for free’ deal for season ticket holders which has been extended to fans of their opponents.

Bolton Wanderers have been given an initial allocation of 1,000 for the match with more tickets likely to be available upon request. Leeds United have also designated the match a ‘kid for a quid’ fixture with young fans of both clubs under the age of 16 being permitted admission for just £1 with a full paying adult.

The Trotters are unbeaten in their last three fixtures on the road, however Leeds United won 3-2 at the Macron Stadium on the opening day of the season and will be looking to record a league double over the Lancashire outfit.
