Five players Steve Evans could sign for Peterborough United

Steve Evans has recently been appointed manager of League One side Peterborough United. Here are 5 players the former Crawley Town , Rotherham United, Leeds United and Mansfield Town boss could sign for the Posh in the summer-

Danny Rose- The 24 year-old striker has been in fine form for Mansfield Town and Steve Evans managed to get the best out of him in League Two. He has scored 14 goals so far this season and could Evans be prepared to bring him to Peterborough in the summer?

Kane Hemmings- Another striker who Evans has managed at Mansfield this season, Hemmings is on loan there from Oxford United. He has bagged 9 goals so far for Mansfield but with his loan term future at Oxford in doubt, Evans could try and reunite with him in the summer.

Kieron Agard- He had his best ever goal scoring season under Evans at Rotherham United in the 2013/14 season when he scored 21 league goals. He is now at MK Dons in League One but he is another striker who could be on Peterborough’s radar under Evans.

Ben Pringle- Evans managed Pringle at Rotherham United and he was a key man in their rise from League Two to the Championship. He played over 150 games for the Millers but has not been able to match his form there since. He is under contract at Preston but is on loan at Oldham Athletic. He is another who Evans could look to reunite with in the summer.

Macauley Bonne- The Posh are known for signing players from the lower leagues and giving them a chance. Bonne has scored 16 goals for Leyton Orient this season and could be the next star that Peterborough pluck from non-league in the summer.
