English Premier League giants Tottenham Hotspur are thought to be ready to submit a £35 million transfer offer for Fulham’s teen sensation Ryan Sessegnon according to The Telegraph.
The 17-year-old Roehampton born wideman is regarded as one of the hottest young talents outside of the English top flight.
Sessegnon has long been linked with a move to the English Premier League and it has now been suggested that Tottenham Hotspur will submit a whopping £35 million transfer offer for the player in a bid to land him this summer. Spurs are not the only club to have been tracking Sessegnon with Manchester United also said to be huge admirers of the teenager.
Fulham signed Sessegnon at just eight years of age for their academy and the player successfully negotiated his way through the various youth age groups at Craven Cottage. The winger made his first team debut last season in Fulham’s EFL Cup First Round tie with Leyton Orient aged at just 16 years 81 days.
Since making his maiden appearance for The Whites, Sessegnon has gone on to represent the West Londoners on 67 occasions while he has contributed a hugely impressive 20 goals.
Fulham are believed to want £50 million for their star man, a huge fee for a player who is yet to play English Premier League football. Tottenham Hotspur’s potential bid of £35 million could really test The Whites’ resolve.
