Hull City fans endured another torrid afternoon at the Stadium of Light on Saturday as they watched their team lose 1-0 to their relegation rivals Sunderland.
The Tigers are just out of the bottom three on goal difference but are currently on a horrendous run of form. They have won 1 game in 14 matches and are in real danger of relegation to League One.
The appointment of Nigel Adkins has not created an upturn in results which is extremely worrying for the Hull faithful. They were only relegated from the Premier League last season but the asset stripping of the owners, the Allams, has led to huge problems on the field.
Saturday was another game that has added to the doom and gloom around Hull City. Here is how the Tigers’ fans reacted on twitter to their disappointing loss-
The #hcafc fans screaming for Slutsky’s head because ‘he’s underperforming with a top six squad’ have gone quiet now Adkins has made things even worse. Time to stop deluding ourselves – we’ve got a poor, disjointed squad with no fight. Need to sign leaders and scrappers.

There is no doubt that the Allams have done this to us. However the players on the pitch are doing us no favours either, pathetic performance again today #hcafc

Hull City? Best run club in the country according to its owners! Relegation candidates from everyone else…. #hcafc

At least show some pride and passion for the shirt #hcafc. Disgrace to the shirt

It is tough times at the moment for Hull City. There is no doubt that the reason why they are in the position they are in at the moment is due to the owners. Fans are becoming increasingly angry with the poor ownership of the club and many are being driven away. Some blame has to go on the players as well but all problems start at the top.
