Five reasons why Bradford City can gain Automatic Promotion

3. The Owners

Edin Rahic and Stefan Rupp have somewhat of a revelation since taking over at Bradford City in a number of ways.

The two chairmen have not only kept in with Bradford City’s tradition of offering cheap season tickets with the club selling them for £149 for an adult but they have done something City fans haven’t seen for a while; bought players for transfer fees.

The Chairman initially signalled their intent with the purchase of Romain Vincelot in their first summer of business, before buying Charlie Wyke on deadline day last year.

This summer, they have spent large sums of money on Jake Reeves (below), Shay McCartan and Dominic Poleon. With a potential automatic promotion push on the cards, they will be keen to avoid more Wembley heartbreak like in their debut season and will most likely invest in some new players during this January transfer window.
