Swindon got back to winning ways after the Robins beat Cambridge 2-0 thanks to goals from Keshi Anderson and Harry Smith. The win sees David Flitcroft’s side move up to ninth in League Two.
Swindon took the lead 13 minutes in when Keshi Anderson tucked home following an Amine Linganzi strike. Cambridge had a number of chances to draw level, and their best chance came in the second-half. Brad Halliday’s cross found Uche Ikpeazu, but his header cannoned off the bar. Swindon made sure of all three points when Anderson turned provider for Harry Smith who expertly finished from close range.
The win has seen Swindon move up to ninth in League Two, and only two points separates Swindon from seventh-placed Wycombe.
