Aston Villa

Potential Aston Villa XI for the game against Brentford this weekend

Aston Villa typically adopt a 3-5-2 formation in their matches, but with a number of injuries to their side to some key players may mean that they have to re-jig their side for this weekend against Brentford.

Australia skipper Mile Jedinak will be unavailable once again according to the Birmingham Mail, alongside striker Jonathan Kodjia and winger Jack Grealish who are set to also miss out for Aston Villa.

Centre-back Christopher Samba could be set to miss out this weekend which could see Villa revert to a 4-4-2 formation during this weekend and with Robert Snodgrass set to make his first start for Villa, a place on his favoured right-hand side of midfield could be a perfect way to get the winger into the squad.
