Jack Marriott signed for Peterborough United for a fee of £450,000 on July 1st. The Beverley-born striker has signed a four-year deal which will see him contracted with the club until 30th June 2021.
He’s played four games this season and has been the standout player for Posh all season. In the four appearances he’s made Marriott has picked himself up a massive six goals as well as one assist. These goals and assists have fired Peterborough to the top of the league with four wins from four.
If he carries on his impressive form he’ll have an excellent chance of winning the golden boot and guiding Peterborough to the Championship in the process.
