Leeds to snap up Swiss defender from Sassuolo

According to reports from Calcio Mercato Leeds are set to begin talks with Swiss defender Jonathan Rossini who plays currently for Italian club Sassuolo.

The defender has previously played for Sampdoria and Udinese and has made a single international appearance for Switzerland against a Uruguay time in a friendly. Cellino was reportedly keen on bringing in players ‘on the cheap’ to Leeds from Italy and Rossini would fit the bill perfectly for the Italian.

Whether Leeds will complete this transfer or this Transfer will actually take place is unknown however reports suggest that the West-Yorkshire club are keen on bringing in the 25 year old defender.
