Gary Medel, Cardiff’s defensive midfielder has been linked with a move to Italian giants Inter Milan according to SkySports.

Medel who has enjoyed a fantastic World Cup for Chile, seeing his side crash out to hosts Brazil on penalties has been linked with a move to the Italian club.

Ole Gunnar Solsjaer reportedly confirmed that there had been enquiries over the availability of the defender, Sky Sports mentions a number of clubs linked with the Chilean, some including Spanish giants Valencia and Turkish Besiktas.

Medel could leave for a hefty sum of money as it is unlikely Cardiff are willing to let their record £11 million signing leave cheaply, however with many clubs looking at the defensive-midfielder, he could well be on his way.
