Aston Villa, Hull City and Leeds United target to stay at Liverpool

Aston Villa, Hull City and Leeds United transfer target Ryan Kent is understood to be set to stay with English Premier League giants Liverpool according to the Hull Daily Mail.

The 20-year-old Oldham born winger is one of the brightest young talents to come out of the Liverpool academy system in recent years and a number of clubs are believed to want to take the player on a season-long loan.

Sky Bet Championship trio Aston Villa, Hull City and Leeds United are all thought to be keen on signing the youngster while Middlesbrough have also been keeping tabs on Kent.

After an impressive pre-season with Liverpool, it has now been reported that The Reds could offer the player some game time in the first team at Anfield this season and a loan move away from the club looks unlikely.

Kent made his senior footballing debut during a loan spell with then Sky Bet League One club Coventry City during the 2015/2016 campaign. The winger made 17 appearances for The Sky Blues and scored one goal. The youngster made his solitary first team appearance for Liverpool in an FA Cup Third Round tie at Exeter City in January 2016 after being recalled from his loan spell by The Reds.

The player was loaned to Sky Bet Championship outfit Barnsley last season and Kent was a success at Oakwell. The youngster made 47 appearances for the South Yorkshire club in all competitions, scoring three goals.
