Leeds United are have contacted and are in talks with Premier League club Manchester United over a loan deal for defender Cameron Borthwick-Jackson, according to journalist Joe Rawson on Twitter.
Joe Rawson said, “Leeds have been in contact with Man Utd wanting to take Cameron Borthwick-Jackson on loan for the season #lufc” he then goes on to add that this “may take a while to get resolved as if often the case with loan players from Prem clubs at this stage of the window #lufc“
Cameron Borthwick-Jackson was very poor for Wolverhampton Wanderers last season after he had an absolutely torrid time at the Midlands club making just six appearances in his time there. The young promising left-back has made a handful of Premier League appearances for Manchester United, 10 to be exact, he even managed to pick up a Premier League assist in that time.
Thomas Christiansen clearly thinks that the 20-year-old is the perfect replacement for Charlie Taylor who left for Premier League Burnley last week. But some fans think different, here’s how the wonderful world of Twitter reacted…
