Leeds United were heavily linked with ex Brighton keeper David Stockdale but the Englishman chose Birmingham City which was a shock for many. Here’s how the fans reacted to the transfer.
The 31 year old made played in all but one of the 46 domestic league fixtures last season for Brighton. He made a massive 20 clean sheets in that time and conceded just 40 goals. But due to Brighton being heavily linked with Valencia C.F keeper Mathew Ryan it looks like he wouldn’t be number one next season if he was to have stayed, so leaving Brighton looks to have been the correct move for Stockdale.
