Earlier today, the72 reported that Jaap Stam had been named by Yorkshire Evening Post journalist Phil Hay as one of the names on the shortlist to become the next manager of Leeds United.
The search for a new manager has been going on for a couple of weeks now, since Garry Monk resigned on May 25 after failing to agree a new deal with owner Andrea Radrizzani.
Leeds United fans are starting to get impatient as they await news on who will be the manager of their side, but they now know that it is a four-man shortlist that Radrizzani and co are compiling, and Jaap Stam is the first name on that shortlist to be revealed.
