Derby County, Nottingham Forest and Norwich City interested in Arsenal starlet

Derby County, Nottingham Forest and Norwich City are all interested in signing Arsenal’s Krystian Bielik on loan according to a report from ESPN.

The 19-year-old defender has first spell away from Arsenal last season when he moved on loan to Birmingham City. While it took a while, when he broke into the first team he became a favourite and was a key player as the Blues managed to evade relegation from the Sky Bet Championship. Birmingham did say they wanted him back after his loan spell ended but with the overhaul that has happened over the last few weeks it is unknown whether that is still the case.

With Arsenal though once again willing to loan Bielik out to get more experience to aid in his development as a player, plenty of Championship teams are interested in bringing him in on a temporary loan deal. According to this report, Derby, Nottingham Forest and Norwich are all now pursuing deals that will bring Bielik to their club for the season.

All three teams are coming off the back of disappointing campaigns and will have different managers this season to the ones that started the year. They all want to improve the standard of their defence and with Bielik having a combination of being young and hungry as well as showing he is able to perform under high pressure after helping keep Birmingham in the league, they all believe that he would be a fantastic addition to their squads ahead of next season.
