Leeds United: Top 5 performers this season

Despite missing out on a play-off place due to a poor run of form towards the end, Leeds United had a very solid first season under Garry Monk.

Leeds finished seventh in the Championship table, five points away from Fulham in sixth.  The club could have had so much more from this season, but failed to get a win in any of their last five Championship games.  Despite the setback, Leeds fans will be raring to go for next season, looking to go one better and secure a play-off place.

However, the club first need to tie down manager Garry Monk with a new contract.  Monk is surely key to any success that Leeds could have.  The club will also need to try and bring back key players such as Kyle Bartley, who will return to Swansea City following the end of his season-long loan spell with Leeds.
