Fulham form breathes confidence going into the Play Offs

Fulham’s six-match upbeaten run in the Sky Bet Championship should see Slavisa Jokanovic’s men go into the end of season Play Offs full of confidence.

The Whites have now won five and drawn one of their last six league matches including a 2-1 victory over Sheffield Wednesday at Hillsborough on the final day of the regular season.

Despite The Owls making many changes to their starting line-up after being assured of a place in the top six, Fulham got the job done with Neeskens Kebano netting a brace in a professional performance in South Yorkshire.

The Whites face a Reading side in the Play Off Semi-Finals who are unfancied by many to reach the Premier League and Jokanovic’s men must be buzzing with confidence as they look forward to the two-legged clash after finishing the regular campaign as the form side in the division.

Fulham’s victory over Sheffield Wednesday could also act as a huge psychological boost with The Owls having not tasted defeat in seven league outings themselves prior to their final day loss. Wednesday’s defeat ended a run of six straight wins for the club and again Fulham will feel proud that they have ended that sequence even though their victory came against a much changed side.

The Whites are now the favourites for promotion and they look unstoppable in their quest for a return to the top flight.
