Yesterday Andrea Radrizzani, Leeds United co-owner, tweeted a reply to a Leeds United fan who asked about the re-affiliation of a female football team with Leeds United, a reply that contained a cryptic message. Now, today, he tweets again after arriving in Leeds about “our glorious home.”
it s on my agenda (as well as other top priority for the club as ER)

Yesterday’s Radrizzani tweet (above), contained the phrase “as well as other top priority for the club as ER,” many Whites fans taking this to mean that Radrizzani was on with notions of bringing Elland Road back to the fans, giving the worshippers back the church that they fully deserve.

This morning Italian Radrizzani tweeted this photograph to show that he was back in Leeds, something that hasn’t gone amiss with Leeds United with over 50 RTs and 720+ ‘likes’ to press.
Radrizzani followed this up with the following tweet that links to a picture inside Elland Road posted to his Instagram account.
Our glorious home #ellanroad @ Leeds United Elland Road https://t.co/9is9mKqJ7p

Now, anything to do with Elland Road is held reverently and sacredly to heart by some Leeds United fans who don’t see match day as simply an opportunity to watch their side, more so to go and worship their team.
It wasn’t long before Leeds fans were on point and commenting on Radrizzani’s tweet about Elland Road being “our glorious home.”

Luky wants to know the status of Elland Road at the moment.
do we own it again andrea?

This trio of Leeds United fans seem to seize on the common thread that Elland Road is more of a house than a home to the Whites.

Buying back Elland Road would be a shot in the arm for both the club and the fans, something that would go down massively well with the latter.
